Our website is hosted by Squarespace and uses cookies and similar technologies required to operate and secure the website.

Squarespace also provides built-in website analytics. Depending on your cookie choices, Squarespace may collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling activity and timestamps.

We use this information to understand website traffic and improve the website. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other third-party tracking services.

Tally, which hosts our online enquiry and client forms
Airtable, which we use to manage enquiries, projects, quotes, products and related business records
Microsoft 365, which provides our business email and may process contact details, email content and related communications on our behalf

These providers may store or process information on our behalf, including on servers located outside Australia. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

When we may share information

We only share your personal information:

With service providers who help us operate our business, as described above
Where you have asked us to, for example when coordinating with a supplier on your behalf
